Learners from Standerton schools attend a career day

Thobelani Secondary School in Sakhile hosted a career day on May 23 specifically for Grade 10 and 11 learners.

Learners from Stanwest Combined School, Thuto-Thebe Secondary School, Khunjuliwe Secondary School, Khula-Sakhile Secondary School, Jandrell Secondary School and Azalea Combined School were also welcomed.
Azalea Combined School requested that Grade 12 learners attend as well.

Hoërskool Standerton could not be present due to preparations for exams.

The event was a collaboration among Gert Sibande TVET College, Youth in Agriculture and Rural Development, as well as AFGRI.

Jabhi Nkosi from the college gave the welcoming address.
