The Bester CPF committee comprises Heinrich van der Merwe, Christo Viktor, Casper Engelbrecht, Colonel Dhladhla, Charmaine Ras (chairperson) and Izak Kok.

Bester CPF held an election on August 24 in Bronkhorstspruit. The elected members indicated they would participate in patrols to prevent crime in the subsector.

Those elected for the Bester CPF were Heinrich van de Merwe (treasurer), Christo Viktor (PRO), Casper Engelbrecht (vice chairperson), Charmain Ras (chairperson), Izak Kok (additional member) and Yusif Mayet (secretary).

Bronkhorstspruit Police Station commander, Colonel Maqhawe Simon Dhladhla, congratulated the members and mentioned how the CPF should take hands with the SAPS to fight crime.

Mark Niemand, the Sector 1 chairperson, congratulated the elected members and wished them well with the task ahead.
