Lappieland in Delmas holds colourful concert

“It has been a long and memorable journey and we could not have done it without all of our wonderful staff, parents and children.”

Lappieland Educational Centre in Delmas held its annual concert at Laerskool Delmas on November 4.

Not only was it a rainbow concert filled with colourful festivities, but also celebration time as Lappieland Educational Centre celebrated its 10th birthday.

The mornings’ event was filled with music, performances and lots of fun for both parents, visitors and Lappieland learners.

“We are especially proud of our young performers. They have worked very hard to put the show together. We spent countless hours practising and preparing,” said principal Magriet Tait.

According to Tait, she is also proud of Lappieland’s 10th birthday.

“It has been a long and memorable journey and we could not have done it without all of our wonderful staff, parents and children,” Tait added.

“We are so grateful for your support and loyalty throughout the years. We have shared many joyous moments over the years and we have built memories that will last a lifetime.

“As we look ahead to the future, we are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. Lappieland will continue to strive for excellence and to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our children.”

Tait said that she believes that everybody left the concert and birthday celebrations with a smile and a spring in their steps.
