Dra Mekaar members get together in Secunda

Dra Mekaar members got together at the NG Kerk Secunda-Oos/Goedehoop-gemeente on February 5, with 72 people in attendance.

Ben Moolman opened the meeting with scripture and prayer.

Sister Carol Hattingh, the guest speaker, spoke about caregiving and her services to the elderly and frail. She also trains people wanting to become caregivers or have more knowledge of their duties.

The club’s management wished Keith Harris, Heleen Erwee, Estelle Boshoff, Madelene Bisschoff and Louis Boshoff for their birthdays in February.

Dra Mekaar welcomed 11 new members.

The next Dra Mekaar group meeting is on February 19. Those interested are welcome to attend.
