Evander High School’s teams hold heads up high

Despite the losses the boys still held their heads up high and gave a bow to the winning team on their win.

Evander High School’s sevens rugby teams were beaten by HTS Witbank in matches played at EHS on Saturday, August 20.

The U/15 lost their match 28–5.

Although they played their hearts out and came back in the second half scoring two tries, EHS’s U/19 also to HTS Witbank 17–21.

Despite the losses, the boys still held their heads up high and gave a bow to the winning team on their win.

Cold and wind did not play its part either, however, this did not deter the boys soccer first team who drew the match 3–3 against Atlético Evander.

The coach and the team thanked Stealth Construction for sponsoring their hoodies.
