Secunda club represents Mpumalanga

Six junior players from Secunda selected for the South African schools’ teams on 28 June to 2 July.

SECUNDA – Junior Squash players from the Sasol Squash Club represented Mpumalanga at the South African Country Districts Squash Tournament in Bloemfontein from 1 to 4 May.

More than 300 squash players took part in this tournament.

South African schools teams were selected to attend the Inter Provincial Tournaments that will be held from 28 June to 2 July.

Six of the Secunda juniors were selected for these teams.

They are Johan Venter and Jaco Spangenberg for the U/14 team and Ethan Karels, Frederick Visser, Lisa Venter and Jessica Butland for the U/13 teams.

The U/14 team will be playing in Johannesburg and the U/13 team in Port Elizabeth.

Roenya Boshoff from the U/14 team and Franco van Tonder from the U/16 team are reserves.
