SECUNDA – Repomen Paintball Club recently participated in the Bush Paintball League (BPL) at the Paintball City in Germiston and received a second place.

Roy Beangstrom was the player of the day, while Eugene Sanderson won the prize for the most camouflaged person.

The team of five men won the prize for having the best time (3.56) during the competition.

There was also a women’s team from the club who took part and excelled.

“It is very rare to have a women’s team in this competition,” said a member.

Repomen was started by Juan van Rensburg and Jonothan Botha in 2012.

They have monthly competitions on the field behind Lake Umuzi.

Bianca Taljaard, a member, said the club is open to young and old.

The club has paintball equipment for people to hire.

Repomen is planning to take part in the Tippman game in Mossel Bay in the new year, as well as the D-Day competition.

They invite people to be a part of their team.
