KINROSS – Thistle Grove FC U/19 team sealed the first round of the season with their 10-0 win against eMbalenhle Zone Mavo.
The match was played in December at Kinross Sasol Club.
The goals were flooding into the nets of Zone Mavo.
Lihle Makeleni, captain, Mpho Molingoana, Sifiso Maseko and Mohape Kooma each scored two goals and Nico Masilela and Nkosinathi Magazi had one goal each.
Zone Mavo had many chances, but failed to score.
The coach of Zone Mavo said was not pleased with the game and said the referee was not fair.
Thistle Grove’s coach, Mr Buns Zondi, said the match was fair and they were happy that they have sealed the first round of the season with a win.
Thistle Grove FC is second in the league.
