Lekwa defeats New Denmark Colliery
The referee awarded New Denmark Colliery a goal after a foul was committed against one the players.
The Lekwa Municipality soccer teams dominated on the soccer field when they competed against New Denmark Colliery on 17 February.
Lekwa won the first match with 2 -1, scoring their opening goal in the first half of the match.
Lekwa made the score 2 – 0 when they scored their second goal during the second half.

Lekwa’s second team continued where the first team left off and they defeated New Denmark Colliery 1 – 0.
Lekwa not only dominated on the soccer field, but also took the lead on the netball court.
In the first match Lekwa beat New Denmark Colliery 10 – 4.
Lekwa was also the better team in the second match and defeated New Denmark Colliery 7 – 6.
