Fitness enthusiasts hold boot camp

People were divided into groups and each group was given two minutes to complete an obstacle course.

The Standerton Thusong Aerobics Club hosted its very first fitness boot camp at the Sakhile Stadium on 10 March.

Members of the club and the community came out in their numbers to attend this camp.

The boot camp began with a warm-up session, to prepare the participants for what was to come.

People were divided into groups and each group was given two minutes to complete an obstacle course.

The boot camp provided a whole-body workout, with a variety of challenging exercises and using special equipment such as wood logs and tyres.

This fitness boot camp was meant to give participants an opportunity to build their strength and endurance, and it did exactly that.
