Netball players compete on Human Rights Day

The youngest players of the Church team ended eighth, but should not be discouraged since they showed they are a force to be reckoned with, a spectator said.

Netball players in Lekwa celebrated Human Rights Day at a tournament at the Sakhile courts where the Sakhile team was victorious.

Altogether eight teams entered the competition.

In second place was the Standerton B1 team and third the States Finest, a men’s team. Standerton B2 and B3 took the fourth and fifth places respectively, while College 1 and 2 ended in the sixth and seventh place.
