Woman from Bethal wants to promote healthy lifestyle

Many enjoy event at new fitness club.

In celebration of Women’s Month, the founder of Milan Fitness Club, Thandeka Mathibela, officially launched the opening of this club in Bethal on August 23.

Mathibela said this event was not only a celebration of women, but also an opportunity to raise awareness of health and fitness within the Bethal community.

“Our aim is to encourage the adoption of a healthy lifestyle, create a space that promotes wellness, and build a stronger, healthier community together,” said Mathibela.
