CMM hosts Comedy and Magic night
Mawonga astonished audiences with his skillful magic.
KINROSS – Local residents had the opportunity to be entertained by well known magic man, Mawonga Gayiya.
The event was hosted by Christ’s Moving Ministries in Kinross on Saturday, 30 July.
Other entertainers were the local gospel singers, Simunye male choir and Sifiso Blackberry.
Blackberry left the audience crawling on their knees with his jokes which were easily relatable because they were local.
Most of his jokes were about his black skin which he said is where he found his nickname Blackberry.
Mawonga astonished audience with his skilful magic.
Mawonga, born in Khayelitsha, is an international magician who also performed during the annual National Arts Festivals, Master of Ceremony for events and appeared on national TV show, 100% Mzansi.
