SECUNDA – Secunda Mall entertained local kids with a mobile, synthetic ice rink during the July school holidays.

This was accompanied by pony fun, free face painting and photo booths.

They also had a party on 10 July with DJ Andrew providing the music and lights.

Secunda Mall hosted five different charity events for free on 18 June as part of their Mandela Day initiative.

Little Paws Big Hearts, Teks SANBS, Highveld Ridge SPCA, Cansa and Go Purple had the change to promote their causes at the mall.

The mall’s management team also visited Davies Court where they provided the elderly with food and drinks, as well as some of their own cookbooks.

Secunda Mall hosted a hobby court on 15 and 16 January for Back to School where children could find extracurricular activities.

They also had a face painting and balloon sculpting station to provide entertainment for the kids.

On both days, the mall’s mascot, Sekudi, handed out promotional items to the children visiting the hobby courts.

Flying Pigs hosted kids activities during the last week of the holidays.

They offered free workshops to kids where they made unique Easter gifts.
