Trevor’s jokes come from life experiences
Trevor Gumbi's fans were impressed with his one-man comedy show, The Divorce Tour.

SECUNDA – Trevor Gumbi, the hilariously funny South African comedian, gained the hearts of many local fans during his latest show, The Divorce Tour, at Graceland Hotel, Casino and Country Club on Saturday, 7 April.
The Pearl, a musician from eMzinoni who is an award winning Mpumalanga soul singer, Ebenhaezer Dibakwane, a comedian from Mpumalanga, Soweto’s finest dancers and DJ C-Live and Abuti Lolo, a comedian and MC, were the opening acts.

The tour is about a modern day love story that tells the tale of a 37-year-old recovering addict and father, who in a short space of time, has battled drug addiction, found love, created life, filed for bankruptcy, won it all and lost it all before the age of 35.

It is a story that many can relate to. What is left of life? What is there still to be done? Are there any experiences still to be had? Is it time to throw in the towel and live life on the edge?
Those who attended the comedy show said they were thoroughly entertained and impressed by Trevor and his opening acts.
