His first break in the television industry came when a position opened for extras on a soap opera.

“My friend told me about extras being needed. I thought that while I have time on my hands because of schools being closed due to Covid-19, let me give it a go,” said Mr Langa.

He said this was a great opportunity because it was in line with his studies.

“I was told that I was going to stand in as a waiter and they gave me my lines. I nailed it,” he said.

Mr Langa played this role as a waiter on 7de Laan.

He then took on a role as a doctor on Binnerlanders.

Mr Langa received a call from his agent in June this year that would see him feature in Legacy.
