Ebenezer Psychiatric Home is a non-profit organisation (NPO) that aims to provide a safe, caring and uplifting environment for adults suffering from two very difficult mental illnesses, Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia.
The home gives their residents a supervised and nurturing environment to learn to cope with their illnesses and still be high-functioning members of society.
A lot of the people in their care have come to Ebenezer Psychiatric Home seeking refuge because they have nowhere else to go, either because their families are unable to cope with caring for them, or because they have no family at all.
