Learners spoiled for doing summer project

The Grade RR and R learners working with their teachers had been tasked with decorating their classroom doors with summer-inspired themes, and the winning class would receive a reward.

Judging a competition usually gives the judges a hard time, especially if the competitors are all good.
The King’s School West Rand principal Ken Langley found himself in that position of having to decide a winner for the recently hosted preschool competition.

The Grade RR and R learners working with their teachers had been tasked with decorating their classroom doors with summer-inspired themes, and the winning class would receive a reward.

The creativeness of each class left Langley with a difficult choice to make. Instead of digging deep and using Facebook likes to judge the competition, the fair principal chose all classes as winners.

As a reward for their efforts, the principal spoiled all the learners with delicious ice cream, which they overwhelmingly enjoyed.
