Law-enforcers march against GBV

Gauteng Community Patrollers, Johannesburg Metro Police Department, Department of Safety, and Johannesburg West Police District members all marched in the streets of Cosmo City to discourage violence against women and children.

The stern warning against gender-based violence was loud and clear in Cosmo City on Tuesday, 1 December when various departments took a stand against the scourge.

Honeydew Police spokesperson, Captain Balan Muthan said that the campaign also intended to commemorate World Aids Day and 16 Days of Activism.
