New members take over reins in Sectors 2 and 3

Muldersdrift CPF Sectors and 2 and 3 held elections on 4 and 5 May respectively, after elections for Sector 1 were held on 3 May. The elections are an opportunity for members of the community to have a say in the election of the members of the CPF committee.

The new members of the committee in Sector 2 are:

Public relations officer – Choshane Mohlala

Secretary – Andree Venter

Deputy Secretary – Sannie Maiabose

Chairperson – Paul Catlett

Vice Chairperson – Dr Yolanda Zafi

Treasurer – Morris Jammy

Newly elected chairperson, Paul Catlett extended his gratitude to the community for entrusting him with the position. “I trust that my commitment will be unequivocal and that the change that is brought to all, and I reiterate, TO ALL MEMBERS within the community is one that will promote and develop a community which is safe for all.” Catlett said the campaigns and activations they ran were not politically driven but that the fight against crime was the priority.
