Sponsor a kitten this Mandela Day

For Mandela Day, consider making a donation to your local animal centre as many solely rely on donations

Pets are said to be the best companions and this has never been more evident than when the country is under strict lockdown. Being isolated from loved ones can be extremely depressing, especially under the circumstances, but having a furry friend around the house not only takes away the sting of loneliness but reminds us just how important rescue centres are.

For Mandela Day on July 18, consider making a donation to your local animal centre as many solely rely on donations. Many furry parents were forced to surrender their pets when the pandemic and lockdown took its financial toll. Animal rescue centres not only take in strays but have opened their doors to unwanted pets.
