Lions to host annual Charity Golf Day
The golf day is going to take place at Eagle Canyon Golf Club.
The Lions Club – Wilro Park is calling on all golfers, lovers of golf, those who just want to have fun and anyone who is interested in making a difference to participate in their annual Charity Golf Day event.
This exciting event will be hosted by Absolut Security in association with the Wilro Park Lions Club, and is to take place on Thursday, September 2.
“Our motto is ‘We serve’ and the funds raised on the day will go to our Lions Community Service Projects which include our five Pillars of Service – vision, hunger, childhood cancer, diabetes and environment,” said Lions spokesperson, Lorraine Scheepers.
The event is at Eagle Canyon Golf Club in Randburg.
Details of the charity event are as follows:
• Tee-off at 10:30
• Better-ball Stableford
• Hole sponsorship at R4 500 – includes 1 x 4-ball
• 4-ball at R3 500
• Golf carts included
• Halfway house meal and drink excluded
• Supper included (additional guests to book separately)
