Meet Patriotic Alliance’s Wards 89 and 126 candidate, Fabian Wilson

Wards 89 and 126 comprise of Constantia Kloof, Allen's Nek, Weltevreden Park and parts of Fairland

Fabian Trevor Wilson, 40, is the Patriotic Alliance’s candidate for Wards 89 and 126. He answered a few questions regarding the upcoming local government election.

Q. What would you differently to the current counsellor:

A. I will focus on
– Fixing all damaged roads in the wards
– Fixing, cleaning and repairing the parks in our wards so our children can enjoy them again
– Sorting and scratching all high electricity accounts
– Removing vagrants that are sleeping in our parks
– Getting the crime rate down by getting the CPF more involved again
– Making sure that local businesses get more business, and not use people from outside, but people from the area
– Making sure our ward is clean again as it used to be
– Bringing God back into our schools

Q. How have you been involved in the community:

A. I have been staying in the area for eight years. I have been working for an armed response company and have seen the rise in crime first-hand while fighting it. Becoming a candidate, I have been helping even outside the ward I am contesting.

Q. What is your vision for the ward:

A. To unite our people in the ward as one, making sure that the ward becomes the ward that residents deserve.

Q. How can this vision be achieved:

A. First things first for us as a community to achieve the vision. I must get the votes of the community in order to make it a reality. In other words we must unite as one to make it work.

Q. How does your party mirror your personal beliefs:

A. Patriotic Alliance is a God-fearing and colourful party which stands for everything I believe in. I grew up in a house where God was always first, and I grew up with strong values and morals which the party stands for.

Q. Why the residents should vote for me:

The Patriotic Alliance South Africa is bringing change; we are not your normal politicians who are just in it for themselves. We are ordinary people who have decided to take a stand and fight for what’s ours as South Africans, and fight for a better future for our kids. The time for sitting back and saying ‘I’m not into politics, I don’t vote’, is over!

You have a duty to ensure that your kids, your grandkids have a brighter future!

The power is in your hands!
