Saying thank you to the volunteer community safety teams
This festive season, we wish to thank our community role players
For every community problem that is solved, a blockwatch member was the first to bring it to attention.
The men and women who volunteer their time to don their reflective jackets and patrol their streets are unsung heroes. Some suburbs neglect to acknowledge the vital role they play, but we say thank you to all the blockwatches and their members for their time and dedication.
In each suburb, there is a group of concerned residents that keep neighbours informed and relay any pressing issues troubling the suburb. Those we have worked with include:
