Authorities in and around the Muldersdrift area are urging community members to keep an eye out for a white Toyota Etios that has allegedly been used in a number of armed robberies.
The vehicle’s registration number is JW 63 YR GP, and according to reports it has been used in armed robberies in areas as far out as Hekpoort. It was reported that on April 5 it dropped off a man and a woman whom they had allegedly robbed at gunpoint in Oaktree.
The car’s number plates are changed often; however, it has a black Toyota splash sticker at the back. Residents and community members are urged to be on the lookout and report to the nearest police station should they see it. The occupants are said to be armed and dangerous
