Ring, ring … but no answer? Florida Police Station’s lines are down

Police in Florida warned that the telephones at the Florida Police Station are not currently operational.

According to Lt Col Sipho Dlamini, the lines are down due to an unspecified technical error.

“We kindly request that the community contact 10111 to report any incidents or crime-related matters.

“Alternatively, residents can contact their local sector vehicles directly.

“The telephone number for the Sector One vehicle, which is deployed in the northern suburbs of Florida, is 071 675 7146.

“The Sector Two vehicle, for the southern suburbs of Florida, can be contacted on 071 675 7149.”
