RE/MAX Direct merges with RE/MAX Town and Country

RE/MAX Direct has officially merged with RE/MAX Town and Country

Effective March 1, RE/MAX Direct (Weltevreden area) has officially joined forces with RE/MAX Town and Country, further strengthening its presence in the region.

Simon Steenekamp, co-owner of RE/MAX Town and Country, stated that the merger was a natural fit, given the company’s existing branches in Randfontein, Krugersdorp and Florida.

“This collaboration enhances our network between offices, allowing us to share stock more efficiently and operate seamlessly,” he explained.

In addition to these locations, Steenekamp highlighted that RE/MAX Town and Country also has branches in Heidelberg and Pretoria, both of which are expanding rapidly.

“Our growth is driven by the high-quality, professional service we provide, making us an attractive choice for agents and clients alike,” he said.

“We are excited about the new footprint this merger brings, and we are rapidly expanding the branch in Weltevreden to meet the growing demand,” Steenekamp added.

With a commitment to fostering an open and dynamic work environment, RE/MAX Town and Country is implementing a policy that enables agents to work from any office while benefiting from the same high-quality administration and support.

The company remains dedicated to leading the real estate industry with cutting-edge technology and aims to serve as a hub for both independent agents and agencies looking to integrate into larger networks.

Specialising in sales and property management, RE/MAX Town and Country handles a diverse portfolio ranging from residential units to commercial properties.

“We welcome professional agents or agencies to reach out and explore the opportunities we offer,” Steenekamp said.
