Two minors sustain injuries in Witpoortjie accident
A female driver and two minors sustained injuries and were taken to a Krugersdorp Private Hospital by paramedics for treatment and observations.

The Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department (JMPD) officers attended an accident on Tuesday November 8, which occurred at about 10am at the corner of Michael Brink Street and General Pienaar Avenue in Witpoortjie involving two vehicles, a black Volkswagen Caddy and white Iveco bus.
Three occupants of the Volkswagen Caddy, the female driver and two minors, sustained injuries and were taken to a Netcare Krugersdorp Hospital by paramedics for treatment and observations.
The male driver of the Iveco sustained no injuries and there was no need for him to be taken to hospital.
JMPD Spokesperson Xolani Fihla said that the cause of the accident has not yet been determined.
“An accident report was filled out by the officers attending the scene for further inquiry,” said Fihla.
Public Relations Officer of the West Suburbs Roodepoort Neighbourhood Watch, Frik van Zyl confirmed that their patrollers were on the scene and assisted with the securing of the accident scene.
