Women’s artful evening raises much-needed funds

The Irish Rock Women's Club was abuzz as a sip-and-paint fundraiser was hosted for women to unwind and be creative.

The Irish Rock Women’s Club (IRWC) is the ultimate game-changer in Little Falls and Radiokop’s social scene.

On September 26, the popular local club hosted a sip-and-paint fundraising event in collaboration with Canvas and Cabernet, themed Kalahari Nights, for women to indulge in an evening of wine, art and social networking.

According to marketing specialist Andrew Adam, the fabulous group of women has been rocking the community with their unwavering dedication to networking for the greater good since 2014.

Their secret to success lies in their vibrant events and fundraisers that bring people together while raising funds and making tangible differences in the lives of those in need.

“The turnout was better than we expected with 47 bookings. The event bent creativity with social networking, offering participants an opportunity to relax and unwind while creating their own masterpieces.

“Everyone had a fantastic time, with lively conversations and enthusiastic painting. We hope to have more events like these to donate to a greater cause,” Andrew said.
