GK Ontdekkers hosts Pretfees market

Market aimed at fundraising for church outreach programmes.

The Gereformeerde Kerk Ontdekkers hosted another Pretfees market on November 2, aimed at fundraising for the church’s outreach programmes and allowing small business owners to showcase their products.

The market featured a variety of internal and external stalls and a children’s play area.

“This is the third time we are hosting this kind of market, and the goal is to grow our church and surrounding community. We have the Jar of Hope project that is coming up, and that is where we make jars full of soup ingredients and sweets for our church community in Princess Crossing,” says Lourinda Foord, the chairperson of the sisters of the church.
