Film screening – City Lights

Charlie Chaplin’s ability to defy the advent of ‘talkies’ by remaining ‘silent’ was one of the marks of this actor’s greatness.

The Majestic Film Society will offer film lovers a chance to see Chaplin in action when it screens the 1931 masterpiece City Lights later this month.

The heart-warming romantic comedy will be screened  followed by a catered supper with wine. Klass will provide an introduction to the film prior to the screening.
