There’s a fly in my soup

JOBURG - Woolworths is at it again. A little less than a week after the frog-in-the-salad saga it surfaces once more that a creepy crawly has been found in Woolies' food.

“A frog in a Woolies salad? How about a bug in your Woolies noodles! Tweeting for a friend. @WOOLWORTHS_SA @ewnupdates”

According to Eye Witness News, who spoke with the buyer of the noodles, this packet of noodles was purchased at the Rock Cottage Shopping Centre in Honeydew. The packet of noodles had in it what looked like a cockroach.

Woolworths responded to the media saying that healthy and freshly grown vegetables attract insects as any naturally grown plants would, and sometimes these insects do slip through the cracks despite inspections.
