MUST READ – Children forced to watch porn, man arrested
JOBURG - A man will appear in court on 25 November after his arrest for indecent assault and rape.
The 49-year-old foreign national is facing charges of indecent assault after he allegedly exposed two children to pornographic material before indecently assaulting them.
According to police spokesperson Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela, the man forced the children to watch pornographic videos in his room, then undressed them before touching them inappropriately.
The man was arrested on 15 November, the day of the offence, and made his first court appearance in the Wynberg Magistrates’ Court on 17 November on charges of indecent assault.
He appears in court again on 25 November for his bail application. The man reportedly has no previous charges against him.
