Isidingo star robbed at her home

JOBURG - Former Isidingo star, Jay Anstey, is lucky to be alive after being held hostage in her home.

This morning Anstey uploaded a picture of the word #Grateful onto her Instagram account, with a description explaining that she is grateful to be alive today as she and her parents were held hostage in their home.

She divulges that three burglars entered her house and she was woken up by the sound of her screaming mother, with one of the men standing over her with a gun pointed at her.

The family was locked in Jay’s room while the thieves stole all of their possessions.

Anstey has expressed, over various social media platforms, that she is just happy that she and her family are still alive, and explains that fighting hate with hate is not the answer.
