KES to host watershed conference with heavy-weights
HOUGHTON - King Edward VII School is set to host some of South Africa's great influential personalities which include Adam Habib of Wits and Democratic Alliance leader Mmusi Maimane.

The King Edward Educational Trust (Keet) will host a one-day watershed conference on the 22 March.
Keet is paying homage to King Edward VII School regarding its educational accomplishments and achievements which have been maintained for generations.
The conference will also be highlighting the current status quo of public education in the South African landscape while honouring a number of King Edward old boys who have achieved success in their respective fields. In conjunction with private and tertiary institutions, Keet hopes to make a meaningful impact on public education as a whole in South Africa.
With keynote speakers and panellists such as Dr Ali Bacher; vice-chancellor of Wits University, Adam Habib; head of department of Gauteng Education, Edward Mosuwe; Democratic Alliance leader Mmusi Miamane; former Constitutional Court judge Johann Kriegler; and many more influential leaders in the business, educational and sport realms, this full-day event is not to be missed.
The conference will conclude with an exclusive wine and cheese tasting affair.
