All Joburg residents to please donate to Sadag this festive season

JOHANNESBURG – Sadag seeks donations from local residents to support their operations over the festive season.

The South African Depression and Anxiety Group (Sadag) is calling on local residents to help with financial support this festive season.

Founder and director of the organisation, Zane Wilson said, “We are open throughout the year to help people with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma and suicidal thoughts.

“During the festive season, although many patients are away, the number of calls do not decrease. The funds will be put towards our operations during the festive season.”

According to Wilson, the organisation has extended its helplines to 16 lines over the festive season and increased operations require further funding.
