Get your favourite SA students to Europe this April
JOBURG – Help choose the South African varsity teams who will embark on the journey of a lifetime through Europe in the Red Bull Can You Make It? Challenge.
Red Bull Can You Make It? 2020 applications have come to a close, and now it’s your turn to select the finalists. Thousands of adventure-seeking university students from almost 60 countries have submitted their video applications for the chance to be 1 of 200 student teams selected for the challenging seven-day travel adventure across Europe.
There are numerous South African students that have entered and these bold and fearless teams are in need of your votes to become a country finalist. The top teams with the most online votes in 7 days will move onto the final round where judges will announce the 200 lucky teams that will embark on a unique journey across Europe.

Here is how voting works:
- Head over to www.redbullcanyoumakeit.com to check out all of the clever, quirky and engaging video submissions teams have sent in.
- Select your favourite team/s and vote for them each day for all six days if you’d like. The only rule is you cannot vote for the same team more than once in the same day.
Online voting closed on February 24 and on April 21, the 200 selected teams will start their journey at one of the five starting points in Europe: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Budapest, Copenhagen, and Milan. Each team will hand over their cash, credit cards, and personal phones and have one week to make it to this year’s final destination, Berlin. Students will be tasked with exchanging cans of Red Bull for everything they need along their journey – from food and a place to sleep, to transportation to the next location and other adventures that make the experience legendary.
