No injuries reported following Saxonwold fire
SAXONWOLD – The Alexandra Fire Station was extinguishing the fire during the early hours of February 4.
A fire broke out at a home in Abbotswold Road in Saxonwold during the early hours of February 4.
A spokesperson for Joburg EMS Nana Radebe said, “Joburg EMS received a structural call at 04:33 at Abbotswold Road. Alexandra Fire Station is busy with extinguishing the 10-room house fire.”
“Fortunately, no injuries have been reported.”
Radebe said the cause of the fire was unknown but will be investigated after firefighting is completed.
