A dance of fathers and daughters brings joy to Rosies
ROSEBANK – After two years of missing out, a much-loved event at St Teresa’s School was finally celebrated.
After an absence of two years due to Covid-19 restrictions, St Teresa’s School was delighted to host the much-loved and much-anticipated Dads and daughters dance once again.
The school’s computer teacher and marketing liaison Lianda May said there was much excitement leading up to the event.
“It was such a treat to see all the Rosies and their dads, grandads, uncles or significant others all dressed up and enjoying themselves on the dancefloor.
“It truly was a whole school event with the junior primary girls making paper chains and bunting to decorate the hall, the senior primary and high schools’ girls assisting with the set-up and serving and selling food, and the parent-teacher association and parents ensuring all Covid-19 protocols were followed as well as preparing delicious eats.”
