LINDELWA MALEKA: I think the Gupta brothers' arrest will deter anyone who is still willing to steal from the state and prevent further looting from the state coffers. This shows us that there may be light at the end of the tunnel to end corruption.

EMMA BUCHEL: I don’t think we will ever get the stolen money back. An arrest made means the state has acknowledged their crime and the arrest means corruption can be addressed with a stronger fist in this country than it has been.
