The stage was set: blankets were spread across the grass, camping chairs were pulled up, and the warm hum of eager conversation filled the air. In hand, freshly popped popcorn and chilled slushies offered the perfect accompaniment to the film, The Greatest Showman – a feel-good spectacle celebrated for its vibrant performances and inspiring tale.

However, just as the magic seemed to reach its peak, an unexpected glitch interrupted the fun. Halfway through the movie, the screen flickered, the sound stuttered, and then… Silence. The technical difficulties were unfixable, and with heavy hearts, the decision was made to cancel the rest of the movie.

Despite the unfortunate ending, the event was a success in its own right. It demonstrated the strength of the Pridwin community, coming together in the face of adversity, with laughter still echoing through the grounds long after the screen went dark.
