¡Viva la Fiesta! Rosebank Mall hosts a vibrant Mexican Street Feast

The fiesta that brought Mexican culture to the streets of Rosebank.

Rosebank Mall was transformed into a lively fiesta on March 1 as the Mexican Street Feast took over Bath Avenue.
The event brought a taste of Latin America to Johannesburg, with an energetic mix of food, music, and cultural performances.

Visitors were treated to an authentic Mexican street food experience, with sizzling tacos, crispy nachos, warm churros, and refreshing Margaritas on offer. The festival atmosphere was enhanced by a lineup of live entertainment, headlined by Rea Da Soul and Kyle Cassim, alongside Gremlin CPT, Zane Gulston, Teddy Tumi, Changing Roots, Kylo, and Ty Dilla. Adding to the spectacle, renowned guitarist Federico Fernandez and a troupe of Spanish dancers captivated the crowd with fiery performances.

The event catered to all ages, with families able to hire board games and enjoy a more relaxed yet competitive experience. From the lively music to the bold flavours, the Mexican Street Feast delivered a day of culture, celebration, and community spirit.
