Planned power interruption rescheduled for May 29

Residents of Parkview and Greenside are advised of a scheduled power outage, now set for Thursday, May 29, as part of essential maintenance work.

Customers in the Parkview and Greenside areas are hereby notified that a planned power interruption at Parkhurst substation has been rescheduled from Monday, February 24 to Thursday, May 29. The outage will occur from 08:30 in the morning until 16:30 in the afternoon.

This interruption is necessary to carry out essential maintenance work on the network. Such activities are part of City Power’s ongoing commitment to improving the reliability and quality of electricity supply across Johannesburg.
