St Teresa’s Senior School’s recently elected new leaders

St Teresa's Senior School newly elected head girls are: Uyanda Ngobese, Lisakhanya Tshili and Ratidzo Furamera.

St Teresa’s Senior School elected its new leaders on August 5.

Elsa de Bod, the high school principal said, “It is a proud moment for our entire community, and we wish all our leaders the best of luck as they embark on this exciting new chapter of their school career.”

Newly elected head girl, Lisakhanya Tshili explained that it was an incredible feeling to be elected as head girl.

“Becoming a leader means that I am one step closer to achieving my goals of fostering collaboration and creating a positive environment at our school. I have no doubts that it will be challenging and that the experience will be truly worth it. I am honoured to have the opportunity to guide my fellow Rosies and cannot wait to see what we will achieve together.”

Another elected leader, Amy-Leigh Green said the school inspired her to perform her responsibilities to the best of her ability. She feels a responsibility to do her best for her school and leave behind a legacy that will help future Rosies in leadership positions.
