Williams, who was born in 1951, served as a public representative for the city for the past decade.

Ward 90 covers Clynton, Craighall, Craighall Park, Dunkeld, Dunkeld West, Glenadrienne, Hurlingham, Hyde Park, Illovo, Parkmore, Riepen Park, and Sandhurst
