Parkview marks Halloween with community celebration at George Hay Park
Costumes, jumping castles and family entertainment bring neighbours together in an annual show of community spirit.
Parkview residents dressed up as their favourite characters to celebrate Halloween at George Hay Park on October 31.
Face painting, games and jumping castles added to the day’s entertainment. Sponsors of the event included Pam Golding Properties, the Parkview Residents Association and Deutsche Internationale Schule Johannesburg.

Pam Golding Properties’ Lara Nathan said she was delighted to join in an occasion that united families, friends and neighbours.

“There’s such a lovely sense of community spirit, generosity and togetherness, and it’s what makes Parkview such a special place to live.

We are so proud, as Pam Golding Properties, to support and sponsor this much-loved event year after year, and to work alongside the Parkview Residents Association, whose dedication and hard work make occasions like this possible.”
An event attendee, who asked not to be named, said she looked forward to the annual gathering because it kept children active and creative.
