Second doesn’t spell loss for The Parks

PARKHURST – The Parks netball team which comprises members from 'the parks' brought a golden trophy home from a netball tournament in Soweto.


The Parks netball team brought a bit of gold and silver home after coming second in a tournament in Soweto.

The team trains at Parkhurst Primary school on Fridays and is coached by Gabisile Dladla. After winning four matches, the team played against Soweto but lost by two points. They claimed a golden trophy along with silver medals.
