This major South African city has been attracting interest from a range of buyers lately, and Private Property recently did some research into which suburbs were the most popular by looking at views per listing.
This research was done in July this year, and they also provided the Median Asking Price to give interested parties a good idea of what they could expect to pay for their new home.
At the top of their list was Waverley, which is located in Pretoria’s Moot. This leafy suburb attracts various buyers and has become a multicultural hub in the city. Find everything from bachelor flats to modern family homes, while it also boasts some excellent amenities.
Midway through the list is Lynnwood. It boasts a higher Median Asking Price, of just under R3 million, this part of the ‘Old East’ is close to various schooling facilities as well as the Gautrain.
Featured in eighth place is Menlo Park. This growing suburb is family-oriented and boasts excellent shopping facilities along with other amenities.
If nature is your thing, then you may be drawn to Erasmuskloof. It is within close proximity to Moreleta Kloof Nature Reserve and offers a tranquil lifestyle with scenic views in many parts.
