- Garsfontein (Pretoria East) – R1 650 000
This tight-knit community is perfect for families who want to be involved in their neighbourhood. It also has great schools, parks and other facilities
- Lynnwood (Pretoria Central) – R2 897 000
This suburb has large, old homes as well as new modern complexes, and offers convenient placement when looking to be close to schools, the University of Pretoria and the Gautrain.
