The City of Johannesburg invites Region E residents to its billing query open day on 10 October at the Sandton Customer Service Centre.

The City has hosted a number of these open days across the region in an effort to resolve ratepayers’ long outstanding queries.

The open day will run from 8am to 2pm, followed by a week of extended operational hours from 7.30am to 5pm.

Due to lockdown regulations, residents are encouraged to book and register in advance to reserve a space. Residents must provide their names, address, account number and nature of the query in the booking.

Bookings can be made by calling 011  582 1624/1631 or emailing opendayregione@joburg.org.za.

Please note only that ratepayers residing in Region E will be assisted.

Suburbs in the region include Alexandra, Wynberg, Sandton, Orange Grove and Houghton.
